Cancellation Policy

Booking Pricing shown I acknowledge that the price shown is the base price and the condition of my dog's fur and temperament may affect my final cost. I have reviewed that Before You Book information. Late arrival We will provide a up to a 10-minute grace period for late appointment arrivals. Groomer's discretion if they will accommodate past that time. A $25 fee will charge otherwise. Cancellation Kindly cancel or reschedule an appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment. This will allow someone else to book or give us time to contact anyone that may be on a waitlist. Repeated late cancellation appointments may result in in a fee of $25. If you are unable to cancel, please send us an email at barkandbubblegrooming@gmail.com Drop off at Your Reservation Time Your dog is not here all day. Some grooming shops may have you drop off your dog in the morning and stay all day as they work on many dogs at once. This can be very stressful for any dog, as they must stay in a crate for long durations. It can also be loud and hot in the room, and they might even need to eliminate. We have a higher standard at Bark & Bubble. Here, you can drop off at your reservation time, the groomer will work on your dog straight through to completion, then will contact you when finished. Most dogs are here for no longer than 1-2 hours. Our model is not common in the industry. It is more labor-intensive and helps contribute to our pricing structure. This creates a better experience for our customers and their dogs, we believe it is worth it.
